We went to Six Flags this morning for a few hours. Carson ended up spending at least half the time in the Thomas the Tank Engine gift shop playing with their trains on display on the train table. Who needs fun rides when you have trains to play with?

Sad Night

You might be confused why I am home blogging right now. If you forgot what I should be doing check out my entry from October 28, 2009. Two of my sisters, Regan and Becky flew in today for the blessed event. Alas- we are not there rockin' out. Bono had back surgery and the concert is postponed until they decide it isn't. So sad. We are making the best of it. Today we spent the day in San Fran (without Carson). I'll post pictures later. And we have more fun on the agenda!

The Joys of Pregnancy...

So, Carson and I are driving to church this morning and I, of course, end up on the side of road puking-I'm sure a few of you can relate. I get to church and have a few people come up to me with sad, sympathetic faces asking if I'm alright and if I am feeling better in their sweetest motherly voices. That's right, I seemed to have had a little audience. Oh the joys of pregnancy.

Carson has some news to share

After a year and a half of Steve and I asking each other how does anyone have more then one of these, we decided to go ahead and figure it out for ourselves. Estimated time of arrival January 7th. I'm sick as usual. Not as bad as I was with Carson, which is nice, but an energetic 18 month old makes it hard to take it easy! Carson, your world is going to be rocked in just a few short months=). Poor kid, he was meant to be the youngest child in a big family. I know he will love the added chaos of a new little one. Exciting times!
