My parents HUGE RENOVATION

I've been meaning to do a post of my parents amazing beach house reno for a while now and have finally sat down to do it! They did such an incredible job that I wanted to share it. =) Almost two years ago my parents said good bye to LA County after 20+ years and hello to a more laid back Orange County lifestyle. They found a little house in Dana Point that was in such poor shape, it should have been condemned  Thanks to my Dad's amazing vision of what it could be and my Mom's interior design talents they took this house to the studs and it ended up like this...

I got my Mom a throw pillow for Christmas that says "You never know how many friends you have until you have a beach house." Needless to say they are loving their new life in Dana Point with the constant flow of house guests. Visits to Grandma and Grandpas has never been so fun. =)
